Conclusion of trip
If the airline provides you with all necessary services according to a pre-arranged booking, your flight should be as comfortable as for other passengers. If, however, something goes wrong and problems come up, then you should inform the appropriate parties.
Complaints should first and foremost be directed to the head of passenger services at the airline in question and/or the aerodrome operator. If you are not satisfied with the replies you receive from these parties, you can turn to the Icelandic Civil Aviation Administration (ICAA) which has been assigned with conducting oversight according to the regulation.
The oversight of the ICAA does not affect the right of disabled individuals to seek legal redress from courts under procedures of national law.
